I don't know if this goes against the old-school, dice-rollin' spirit of the thing but just for fun I've put together a basic tool which automates the crunchy bits of CoH character gen.

You still need to come up with a Name and a Key Event but the other aspects are calculated as you make your choices of Traits and Professions.

It's a javascript thing; runs in your web browser.

I'm not sure if I'm mis-reading it, but I think it's tagging Wizard at the Professional social rank. Wizard should be social rank-neutral, so for instance if I have a character with Martial (high) and Wizard, he or she should be gentry.
