As we count down the last $100 until the Kickstarter goal is met, here is my first cut at a character sheet for this game.  No fancy fonts yet, just pure function.

Here's the Dropbox link.  Let me know if you have any trouble downloading it:

Most of the text is small on purpose, so that when you fill in the sheet, your own handwriting will stand out.  I put all of the role-playing cues at the top, because that's what you should see first when you look down at your sheet and wonder what to do next!

I was surprised that I couldn't fit everything on one page.  The amount of details sneaks up on you.

Comments & suggestions welcome.

(Ron, maybe the character-sheet posts should be broken out as a separate thread?)

Now rolling up some characters.  Changes to the sheet:
- need more lines in the ARMS section.  These Circle knights train in a lot of weapons.
- I'm contemplating making space to copy down the applications of the Professions, so we know what the knights are good at.  E.g. "Entertainer (low): rope-walking, juggling, exhibitionist dancing, improvisational humor, dirty fighting"

I linked to the xls file in my previous post, so anyone can grab it and make their own changes.  Or if you want me to post my updates, let me know.

Some thoughts ...

1. Why three features? For tally outcomes?

2. The spells known space is wasted for wizard characters. It might be more useful to have an entirely separate page with all the spells on it, pretty much as the same as I recently posted - it could serve as a general reference for the wizards and a circle-what-you-know sheet for non-wizards, to be altered per adventure.

3. Anyone can make any sort of sheet they like, and the more the better as far as I'm concerned, but my own thinking about the sheets I'd like to use is to make them as minimal as possible - exactly the mechanics we need. But it's true, the material is richer than it looks and it's hard to avoid wanting one place for it all.

1. Yes, three features for tally outcomes. Or for anything else that the player chooses to adopt.

2. Great idea, I'll do that, thanks.  (I tried getting all the spells with descriptions onto one page (2 sided)... it doesn't fit.)

Thanks for the feedback.  I'll post a new link after I update the sheet.

Version 1.1 of the character sheet.  Instead of linking to the file, I'm just going to link to my Circle Of Hands directory.  That way, you don't have to find my most recent post to find the most recent character sheet.  It'll be in here.  There are some other CoH files in here, like the spell list, list of names, etc.

Version 1.1: Still two pages without the spell list.  I'd like to get it down to one page, so that one isn't flipping back and forth during combat.  But the spaces to write in will be smaller.  I'll post any future versions in the same directory.

I made a one-page summary of the combat rules, with the weapon and armour tables on the back.  Did I miss anything that I should add?  It's in my CoH Dropbox directory along with my character sheet, several versions of the spell list, lists of names, plus content supplied by Ron (playtest doc, images, maps, etc).
