Title: [fistful] Dogfighting

I've added a section on cinematic dogfighting to the Fistful rules.

Philosophy:

* use fistful die-allocation mechanic to let players manage their risk.
* meaningful decisions for players: when to tail, when to break, when to rely on shields, when to rely on moves, when to run.
* hopefully slick abstraction of movement, with pursuits, tails, escapes.
* easy simulation of "mook" ships like TIE Fighters or Cylon Raiders and big nasty heap-o-gun ships like battlestars or Star Destroyers.

It's heavily influenced by the GURPS Lensmen's Space Opera Combat System, but a bit less crunchy.
