A tip:

Buy the Quad Masterscreen, it's fantastic. It's hard, it's large, and it has sleeves so you can put in the downloadable sheets from the official TROS site. Naturally, since it has a non-distinct grey color with plastic to hold paper, it can also hold maps, notes, and whatever else the Seneschal needs.

I bought mine from the UK dealer http://www.leisuregames.com

I have one as well, I highly recommend them.  As far as the available screen info is, I think it's pretty good.  There's always room for cstomization/improvement with those though, but again it is pretty good.  As far as the art on the outside goes, I like to put in some gory medieval combat artwork or plates from fencing manuals.

Only problem is that the Masterscreen inserts were created for the tri-part, rather than the quad, so you're out two pages..

...What? I didn't say it was a *major* problem.. Just gotta find something to stick in those additional spots, that's all.

You could try ditching the art and sticking in very generalized/smushed damage tables.
