Oh yeah. Talk about forgetting something important:

If you already own the PDF version of Elfs, you will pay $12.50 - $5 of your previous payment is considered a prepayment for this one (the other $5 is gone like the wind, I'm afraid).

How do you order? Just pay me $12.50 using Paypal to sorcerer@sorcerer-rpg.com, with THIS MESSAGE:

Elfs order - [your name] - PDF customer - approximate purchase date (month, year) of PDF

Best,
Ron

Title: it's here!
Post by: rafial on April 15, 2004, 06:39:46 AM
Well, the Elfs staggered in, with very little explanation of where they had spent the last seven days.  But may I say, what a fantastic looking book. Once again, props to Matt Synder for some excellent layout (and of course to Ron for writing the stuff that "got laid" *snicker*).  And, it's cool, hip and black.

To top it off, a youth misspent reading Elfquest has found its full reward in the illustration on page 10.  OMG.

Ha HA! I sent Jeff to an Elfquest website back in 1999 or so, asking for a satirical version of a couple of characters. When I learned that the more recognizable a satire/parody, the less legally actionable it is, my cup runn'd over.

Besides, I reference Elfquest in the text in complimentary terms, and I figure the Pinis would appreciate the joke.

Best,
Ron

Title: Elfs overseas?
Post by: ricmadeira on April 26, 2004, 11:42:54 AM
Hey Ron!

Will Elfs be available through normal(?) distribution channels? I bought all four Sorcerer books from a UK shop (leisuregames.com, if it matters) but they (still?) don't have Elfs on their catalog.

I wouldn't mind buying directly from Adept Press, of course, but U.S. packages have to clear Customs, which can take a while, and you can end up paying extra for taxes & duties, so I'd prefer to buy Elfs somewhere in the EC. BTW, what are the shipping costs for overseas orders? Or do you handle those on a case by case basis?

Kind regards,
Ricardo

Hello,

Elfs is not currently in store distribution at all, and retailers etc have never heard of it. For now, it's direct-sale only.

All shipping costs are taken care of by the extra $2.50 tacked onto the book that everyone pays. Any extra comes out of my end.

Best,
Ron

Okay, thanks Ron!
I've placed my order already. Can't wait to get my grubby little hands on the book!

Take care!
