As a first point of call, try a search of the Adept Press forum here, should be plenty of threads there.

Hello,

If you mean the specific term "relationship maps" as presented by me in my books, then the key reference is The Sorcerer's Soul. Demon Cops, the PDF mini-supplement, is mostly an application of this material. This sort of relationship map is very specialized and has pretty strict rules about how to do it.

The general phenomenon of representing social organizations, who-knows-who, and that sort of thing with a schematic diagram has been best applied, in my reading experience, by Over the Edge supplements (e.g. With a Long Spoon), GURPS Goblins, and ... um, a couple others (dammit, can't remember offhand). Those two to start anyway.

Best,
Ron

I posted a little something about R-maps in the HeroQuest forum: here (http://www.indie-rpgs.com/viewtopic.php?t=9661).

Oh... and do buy Sorcerer's Soul (http://www.sorcerer-rpg.com/product.php/sorcererssoul.html). It is a very inspiring book.

Cheers,

Thanks for that folks, that was all very helpful.

The reason I was looking for more info is that I've used relationship maps in larps for a while now, but I've never actually seen anyone write up anything about how they recomend doing them or any tips and tricks.

I knew that Ron had done some stuff on the subject for Sorcerer (which is whay it comes up quite often here), and I was wondering if there was a whole set of resources on the subject that I had missed somewhere.

Ron, I really love the whole "Blood & Sex" idea you have used in sorcerers soul. If nothing else, it makes actually creating the relationship map easier.

A recent thread of interest here: Relationship maps: your story or their story? (http://www.indie-rpgs.com/viewtopic.php?t=12646)

Sirogit's point about versatility is key.
