If you live in Boston, Pandemonium Books & Games has carried the game. Ask them to order more. If you live in or near Aurora, Colorado, Attactix should have copies in stock. If you're in the U.K., Leisure Games will soon be receiving their batch of copies.

Aaaand, if you live in Helsinki, Turku, Oulu, Jyväskylä, Joensuu or Tampere, you can easily get Kätyrin osa, the Finnish version of the game, from your FLGS ;)

What are those places, you ask? Why, they're Finnish towns, of course!
