I wanted a sheet where the basic abilities were listed (my players have a hard time with the loosely defined stuff, so it's a good stepping stone for them to begin writing their own abilities, etc), where the Success Chart was printed on the page itself, and Experience was grouped in "ticks" rather than a "number box".
Note: For my upcoming game, I'm using 5 XP = 1 advance, but I left 10 ticks for folks that play TSOY standard.

BTW, the sheet was done in MS Word with bunches of text boxes, then punched out to PDF. If anyone wants to make a variant page based off of my template, PM me and I'll give you the original DOC (in RTF, too, if you don't use Word- This will probably break some of the sheet yet still leave enough to work with).
