Hi folks,
Do me a quick favor: click to see the Sorcerer Products page (http://www.sorcerer-rpg.com/product-listing.php?PHPSESSID=3b92d082f7b1263027459ce44b694351). Got it?
Now tell me whether you can actually see the Paypal buy-buttons across from my four books. I'm having some difficulty editing them into the code for the site. Apparently some folks can see them and some can't.
Best,
Ron
Yes using IE 6.0.28
Though the button graphics for Charnal Gods is broken
I can see them all just fine from my work computer.
No using IE 6.0.29, running XP operating system with SP2.
I get the Charnal Gods graphic, and the four Buy-Nows that go to IPR, but the rest are various denominations of unloaded. Do you not have Alt-Text on the Demon-cops button? Maybe that's why it's not-loaded looks different from all the rest.
Nope, using Firefox.
The four books have 'Buy Now' buttons that take me through to Indie Press Revolution.
The mini-supps have paypal.
Using Safari 1.2,
I see the buy now buttons that go to IPR from the books, and the paypal buttons from the pdfs.
Chris
Hey, :)
Yes, using IE at the bank. Will try again later, when I get home, but it's IE as well...
Cheers,
J.
Using Mozilla (v1.75) I do not see the PayPal buttons for the books, only the set of "Buy Now" buttons for IPR. EDIT: I just checked using the latest version of IE as well, no PayPal buttons for the books with that browser, either (I'm running WinXP Pro w/SP2).
If you want, I can take a look at the code you're using and see if I can tell what might be causing the problem (being what I do for a living, after all).
I don't see them neither with Firefox 1.1 nor IE 6.0 with SP1
Fabrice
Firefox, OSX.3, see'em.

In Firefox 1.0.1 WinXP I see
Next to the four books... "Buy Now" buttons
Next to Demon Cops... a big "PayPal: Add to Cart" button
Next to the rest... "PayPal: Buy Now" buttons
Yoh, :)

Yep, as expected, all's well. Demon Cops has a different button, but all of them show up.
Cheers,
J.

Ditto.
Ron,
I do see the Buy Now buttons next to Sorcerer and the three supplements. They are not PayPal buttons. As mentioned earlier they link to Indie Press Revolution. Is that what you intended?
Julie
*Using Mozilla Firefox 1.0.1, ditto Internet Explorer 6.0.[etc]. It does look better in Firefox.
Hello,
Fuck. I wasn't clear at all, because I can't see shit on the site.
The four books need to have SOME KIND OF BUTTON which permits people to order them. This button, whatever it is and says (I do not care), needs to go to Indie Press Revolution.
This is apparently happening out there, people? You can click on buttons and buy my books? Because it's not happening on my machine, at home or at work. I don't know why. All I see to the right of the titles on the page I indicated is a big grey blank.
Best,
Ron
Running Firefox 1.0.1 on WinXP, I get 'buy now' buttons next to the first four, and next to 'Charnel Gods'. Clicking on a random selection of the buttons, they all appear to work when clicked on (assuming some are supposed to go to IRP, and some to PayPal), just not appear properly.
I can see those four buttons, and they all go to your IPR site.
Hey Ron,
Could be you have an earlier incarnation of that page cached on your machine. As a little experiment, click
hereDid that make any difference?
Julie
Okay, using Netscape 7.0 on Mac OS 9.2.2, I can see buttons for everything. The first four take me to the Adept Press page at IPR. The mini-supplement buttons all take me to PayPal payment pages. The only weirdness is the Demon Cops button, which takes me to a PayPal shopping cart page.
I know all the buttons are visible from home, using Firefox 1.0 on Windows XP.
Hoy, :)
I get the same as Andrew with IE6 on XP.
Cheers,
J.
All four buttons next to the books take me the the Adept Press page at IPR.
Thanks everyone. I'm reasonably convinced that I am merely cursed. And no, refreshing/etc doesn't work either.
The good news is that it's not costing me money.
Best,
Ron
