Title: No Website
Post by: Bailey on February 25, 2002, 03:52:31 AM
I don't know html and I work full time as well as going to school full time.  Is there anyway I could get away with something bare bonesed?  Is there a cheap program that takes most of the works out of it?  I don't want to take more time away from making the actual games.

Bailey -

Here's what I'd recommend as your two options, being the website guru around here:

a) (The cheap, and not-so-good, but workable method.) Get a cheap website, create your pages in FrontPage Express (free), Netscape Composer (free), or Microsoft Word. This is easy - your pages won't look good, but they'll work.

b) (More expensive, but good method.) Get a website with a database. Get someone to set you up with software that you can use to just type in your material. If you're interested in this, talk to me privately - in the long run, it's easier by far.
