Really hope I'm not overstepping my bounds here, but I would like to point out that the Exhibitor Package (http://www.gencon.com/files/In06/EXH-Exhibitor-Packet.pdf) has been posted on the GenCon website. Nev's already strated a Room Signup (http://www.indie-rpgs.com/forum/index.php?topic=18134.0) for it, which is good. I'll be doing things on the cheap, so starting the ball rolling on that kind of thing is a real help to me. But what I also am curious about is stuff like Buy-in rates, Booth Size, and Early Priority deadlines for this year. My attendance at GenCon will be contingient on me getting my three games to print (not too hard) and (more importantly) discussing the costs with my wife. So if things have gotten started on this, I'd definately like to be in on it.
