Where does everyone here live?
I am hoping to find experienced capes players in the Boise area since the two gaming groups with whom I am currently meeting are not interested in the system. I, for one, am dying to play with a person who actually knows the rules "in practice" rather than "in theory."
I live in Boise, Idaho. I'm 31. I love pretty much every kind of game under the sun; board game, party game, RPG. Most of my experience is with GURPS and D&D. I love the concept of capes - As a player I sometimes feel stifled by the GM or by other players competing for GM time. As a GM, I feel burdened as the fun host - responsible somehow for everyone's happines.. Capes seems to be a good foil to these two limitations in the RPGs in which I've played. In Capes, everyone is fully responsible for how the story turns out.
