I've been looking at ordering a few titles, and I really like the print and PDF package deals. Any chance of seeing such a package for PTA at some point?

I'll probably be ordering this week. I just had a birthday, and told anybody that asked what I'd want for cash. Once I've seen everybody, I'll be doing one big IPR order to save on shipping.
