I've become a huge addict of gaming podcasts. I have some favorites, but I'm always looking for more drive-time, quality info on my favorite hobby.
My favorite is Fear the Boot. Its just a lot of fun, and they usually cover topics that are helpful to me, even if it just helps me put words to notions.
As far as great learning, I love Shakespeare and Dragons. The host is an English teacher, and the podcast is devoted to world building. Its not something to listen to for a laugh, but it's brilliant. This is a gem.
Mad props to Master Plan and Accidental Survivors, too.
Related, but more generally geeky, not just rpgs, is Geeklable Radio. It has this very "morning radio-show" feel.
Anyway, I hope this kicks of something educational.

Sons of Kryos and Have Games Will Travel remain my favorites. SoK often has fantastic game advice and discussion, and I think I could listen to Paul Tevis talk about just about anything.
There's an awful lot listed here:

I like Voice of the Revolution, The Score, Independent Insurgency, The Master Plan, Theory From the Closet and Shakespeare & Dragons.
I would add the Ogre Cave Audio Report, 2d6 Feet in a Random Direction, Stabbing Contest, Dragons Landing, and The Digital Front.
Yeah, I don't think I'd have any real concept of game theory if it weren't for Theory from the Closet, Clyde.
Thanks
