Your best bet if you want to get some interest for your game is to explain some more. There are so many games in development that most humans don't have the time to start extracting descriptions from a mysterious poster.
Tell us (a) what the setting is, (b) what the characters do in it and (c) what the players (including GM) are expected to do.
Better still, follow up with a playtest report of one of your own sessions. It will show us that you're dedicated to your project, which will boost your chances of finding somebody willing to help.
