If one looks at the forum icon explanations there are these moving icons for popular threads.
However, during my time here I've never ever seen a moving icon. Is that feature turned of, or does a thread need to accumulate insane amounts of postings to get that icon or what?
Just feels weird it's there but nothing happens.
It's been disabled.
