Title: Sorcerer fan art
Post by: John Harper on April 19, 2003, 03:00:10 PM
I recently put together an entry for the Universalis art contest (http://universalis.actionroll.com/art_contest.htm#Fifth%20Entry:%20%20John%20Harper), and then decided to do a few more pieces in that style, starting with my take on the covers of a few indie RPGs. The first one is for Sorcerer.

COOL. Rock on with you, funk soul brother! Diana Ross getting all "quiet storm" with her demon lover kicks it on so many levels.

Ahem. Pardon my stream-of-consciousness review style; it is early. But it is nonetheless a sweet .jpg.

Hi John,

That's beautiful - you have honored my game.

We need to talk about some mini-supplement art I'm looking for ...

Best,
Ron

Thanks, folks. I'm glad you like it.

Ron -- let me know what you need. I'd love to help out in any way I can.

A few people have asked for a desktop-size version of the pic, so I did a slightly different version in the correct proportions. It's only 800x600, but it looks fine if you set it to "stretch" on higher resolutions.

Just a "me too" post,

to had that this illustration and the one for Universalis are damn cool and could take the often considerred small press to a new level of artistic design in people's mind.

Nicely done ! That, and I'm waitin' for the mini-sup' using your artwork !

Take care,

Fabrice.
