(Apologies if this is off-topic.)

Night Shade Books has republished the Kane novels in one volume (http://www.amazon.com/exec/obidos/tg/detail/-/189238924X) -- they'll be doing a volume of the Kane short stories soon as well. Yummy.

I saw this too, but you can see that Ken Kelly is also listed as an author. I hope this doesn't mean any "posthumous collaboration" is going on. I may buy the thing even then.

Anyone already have a copy?

I've got it. It's a very, very nicely bound book. It has a full cloth cover, ala Sorcerer, not paper with a cloth spine like you'd expect from a mass-market hardcover or a book club edition.
