Title: I am Necron, master of the undead!

Except I don't know how to create them.

:)

In the book, it talks about how sorcerers summon demons, etc. How do they create undead though? Zombies, things like that?

Well zombies and walking skeletons are relatively easy, just movement three, summoning one, and imprison one to get a self-powered zombie... well that and a corpse :D... but the true undead?

Dunno, that'd pretty much involve, IMO, imprisoning a high level spirit or demon in a living shell.  So summoning three Imprison Three... and conquer Three so the thing doesn't tear you apart on general principle.

Kinda where I was thinking too, but I wanted to hear the thoughts of others. :)

If you do a search back, you will find Jake's undead. If you cannot find it on the boards, you could simply wait for OBaM, where the stats and the spell to create them will be included.

Part of what makes OBaM so much more than a beastiary is that it gives these little extras that make it easier to incorporate some of the beasties, such as the spells to create such magically originated beasties.

In fact, every magical creature has a ritual to create/summon it.

Huaraz Brian.

Sounds like there's some definition to the word "magical" there. To me, the Fey are magical creatures. I wouldn't think that the three-swords-fey-guys (whatever the hell they're called) would have a summoning/creation spell, would they?
