The playtest version of Thugs and Thieves can be found at this address (http://www.simplephrase.com/products/tat/index.html). On the page you can read a bit about the game and also download the current playtest version in PDF format.
Anyone who wishes to playtest it is welcome to do so, and if I hear back from you I'll make sure your name appears in the final book. You can post in the Actual Play forum or just send me an email at ethan_greer@yahoo.com.
