Title: IMP - yet another game idea
Post by: Matt Machell on October 26, 2001, 01:45:00 PM
Okay, this is an idea I had the other day: A game where you play invisible, rowdy, squabbling gremlins causing havoc in the modern world.

Think of the goblins from Labyrinth, meets Gremlins.

I put up the basic ideas at http://www.realms.org.uk/imp/

It's a bit messy as it stands, but the idea amuses me. Does it amuse you guys too?

Matt

Not a substantive comment...but...very nice logo!

Which fonts did you use for it? Did you experiment a lot before you got the effect you were after?

Hey, thanks.

Logo was done in Macromedia Fireworks (killer web graphics software), using Chiller, Arab Bru D and Hultog fonts, with a slight bevel. Took about 5 minutes, though the idea was there before I started.

Hey Matt,

Make sure to check out the Goblins supplement from GURPS, which in my opinion is one of SJG's finest products.

Best,
Ron

Know it well.

Georgian goblins with disgusting habits. Always good for a laugh.
