Title: Slightly OT: Jake in New Orleans
Post by: Jake Norwood on December 10, 2003, 08:04:23 PM
The Association for Renaissance Martial Arts is holding a massive event in New Orleans Feb 28 and 29, and I'll be there to teach a class or three. It's an open event, meaning that non-ARMA members can attend. If you're interested in attending contact me at norwood@theriddleofsteel.net for starters.

I'd love to attend, but these things called work and bank balance are keeping me from getting too enthusiastic... :(

Alright Jake.  Now that I see you're back and posting...lets have the debriefing.  How much butt was kicked in general.

I also remember something about a certain bet....

Hi all.

Drifter Bob started another thread about our bet, so I'll skip that. I think that it went very well, and I feel that my point was evidenced, if not fully proven.

The event in general was great. I got to try a lot of new things that I've been playing with for a while and apparently my classes went over smashingly.
