Yep. The .pdf link doesn't work for anybody, because I can't conveniently write pdfs at work.

Also! Floating around in the world is a much older file called dogsoutline.doc. I linked to it in my "playable outline" blog entry. It has many crap rules in it! Make sure you've got the current version, above.
