Can anyone give me a list of Medieval/Rennaisance tactical manuals or point me to one

Well, they are all writen in old versions of Italian, Spanish, German, French and Olde/Middle English.

If you want to study them in detail, it would be a good idea to join a schül or schola or ecole to do so in earnest. Otherwise they are just some pictures and old words. :(

Start with Sydney Anglo's "Martial Arts of Renaissance Europe," which is a survey of what's out there and what it all means. If you're talking more-or-less single combat.
