If you are owed money, please contact me with your preferred method of payment: check or paypal. If check -- which is fine by me -- I'll need and address and a name/company to make it out to.
If you're not sure you're owed money, contact Ralph to get a hold of the spreadsheet with all the payout data on it.
PM's or emails are fine for me. No need to clutter up the forum with our personal information. And, of course, the sooner you get in touch, the sooner you get paid.
