How are the life paths organized within settings? I'm having trouble understanding... It doesn't seem to be alphabetical, for example, but maybe I'm missing something...
Lifepaths are listed in a general, hierarchical order: from the lowest, most base and most common paths in that setting, to the most high and elevated.

Don't forget to read the pre-requisites - and to realize, conversely, if you consider all the paths in a Setting that don't have a prerequisite, that means you can simply move on to whatever one you'd like.
