It's not a gaming magazine per se but there's a very positive review of Sorcerer & Sword in the newest issue of Realms of Fantasy (the June 2002 issue).
Just in case, Realms of Fantasy is a magazine focused around Fantasy & Science Fiction. It features book reviews and short stories along with artist profiles (they feature Todd Lockwood this month) and a gaming review column.
It's nice to see a review in a non-gaming magazine. Hopefully this will open both Sorcerer and roleplaying in general to a broader audience. (Especially one that hasn't already been trained that roleplaying has to be one way and one way only.)
Yeah, they did a real nice one for the core book as well. I thought it was a great sign that the game received excellent reviews from Ken Hite and from Realms of Fantasy - talk about hitting simultaneously on different cylinders.
