Here are some counters I've developed using some of the graphics from the rulebook. Resize them to about 25mm (1") to increase their resolution. Cut them out - laminate them - and you're good to go!

I created a PDF file (two sheets) with multiple copies on for high res printing but I couldn't get the file size below 29 meg! :(
