It's still in the pipeline.

I'm about to shift to a part-time work schedule (because my boss is awesome and supports my hobby stuff) so I will have more time to devote to projects like Stranger Things. It won't be out for GenCon, but it will be back in serious development this year.

I would like to add my own "WOO" and "HOO."   

I really loved the playtestin I did with Stranger Things way back when.  I know that it's changed a lot since then, and am looking forward to it.
