The Roach Returns is back from the printers (for the second time!) and looks great. It'll premier at Gen Con and be available through IPR soon after. This is a pair of alternate settings for The Shab-al-Hiri Roach: Darker, written by Graham Walmsley, brings the Roach to Oxford university in the 1860's, and Overlord, written by yours truly, places it smack in the middle of the build-up for D-Day, in England, in 1944. Each gets eight brand new command/opportunity cards, new enthusiasms, expertise choices, and more. It's not a stand-alone game, but it will be really cheap.
Grey Ranks is about a week away from delivery and will also first appear at Gen Con. After that it'll be available from IPR and Lulu, in print and .pdf versions. Here's the pitch: In Grey Ranks, you will assume the role of a young Polish partisan before, during, and after the disastrous 1944 Uprising against the Germans. Together with your friends, you'll create the story of a group of teens who fight to free their city, one of countless Grey Ranks "crews" that take up arms. Your characters - child soldiers - will have all the faults and enthusiasms of youth. Across sixty days of armed rebellion, they will grow up fast - or die. It's a very dark take on adolescence, war, and patriotism.
All kinds of free downloads (http://www.bullypulpitgames.com/downloads/) are available, if you want to check them out!
