I haven't, and I don't know that I've felt the need.

I should ask you, though -- what makes you think you should or might want to?

Right.  What value does that bring to you, exactly?  Usually: Very small returns per sale, increased exposure, and difficulty selling your product in venues where it tries to sell at full price.
