I have a Qek in my group. They have the secret of Wolozi. Do the Rituals cost advances?
The way I read the rules, every ritual is a secret that's worth an advance. The fact that the rituals are listed under "Qek cultural Secrets" is a good indicator for this.

This is what got me confused:
"She knows the rituals for contacting spirits, and can attempt this by spending one Vigor and using the Pray ability."
Reading it again, I realize they mean, just the ritual to contact them. Thanks!
Yeah, the rituals are just normal Secrets. They're named "rituals" instead of "secrets" for some reason - perhaps I'll figure out the reason and write about it at some point.
