Thanks, Michael. Any idea of Time setting? 1920's, 30's, 90's, 2000 or...?

After having a look at: http://www.seraphimguard.com/fuzz.html, it looks like the setting time is modern-ish. Is this true?

The setting is the present day, about 2002.
