Title: most fun moment of play?
Post by: Matt Wilson on March 06, 2003, 11:09:46 AM
In another thread, Ron requested this info from a potential game designer:

Quoteplease provide us with some better perspective on what, in your view, will be the single most fun moment of play.

I don't think I could do that for many of the games I've played. Or am I misunderstanding something? What's the supposed most fun moment of play in a Donjon game?

Hi Matt,

You might be missing the idea that this is a personal question, before it's a game-design one. The hope is that one's personal answer can be extrapolated for others, at least to some degree.

So if you can't answer it at all, the implication is that you don't actually, ever have fun role-playing.

If the answer is, "But I have lots of different fun moments," then that's cool. Just list'em. That's not an issue, really.

Does that help at all?

Best,
Ron
