Title: Ancient Greece Uni stories
Post by: John Harper on May 14, 2003, 03:05:00 AM
Bob's posts about Trollbabe Demigods reminded me that I haven't posted the write-ups of my first few Uni games here in the forum. I'm hosting a come-one-come-all Uni game every Tuesday now, and also running a separate Uni game with my regular game group (as a break from GODLIKE). The story from my regular group has the ancient Greece flair that Bob's trollbabe stories have (although ours are more heavily mutated).

Here's the first session:

And number two:

I'll post the write-ups from the other weekly game as they're available.

Excellent! that sounds like a fun story.

It also sounds like you guys got the rules down pat, using Master Components and ownership right off the bat.

I noticed that your players dropped from 5 to 3.  Did that cause any inconvenience or was it pretty easy to adapt to?

The missing players didn't cause any problem at all, which is what I was hoping for in Universalis play. They did regret missing the game, but keeping a game log helps them jump right back in next time.

So when are you going to run Universalis in that-world-that-you-draw-all-the-pictures-for. :-)
