Does anyone know what the fonts are on the "rossheet_form.pdf" file from the website, and if freeware - where I can get them?

If you need that specific font I would suggest contacting the one who made the form. His email is listed on the TRoS website in conjunction with the download.

If you do find out the name of the font, or just want to find another suitable fantasy-type font, try these links to find a freeware version:
