Vanishing Into the Mists

Dear Friends at the Forge,

Owing to a sudden and unexpected professional commitment, which puts me under the gun to complete my current book in just a few months, I'm going to have to drop out of Forge conversation entirely for quite a while.  I expect to resurface in September.

I feel badly about this, having been agitating about theory and changes at the Forge and so on lately.  I had hoped to be continuously involved for the foreseeable future.  But this isn't possible at the moment.

Since I'm making a sort of vow not to read the Forge until the book is done, I'm also not going to read PM's.  But I'm allowing myself to respond to email, and have updated my profile to allow this.
