I just got around to seeing the Sin City movie the other day and it blew me away. This got me thinking about running some sort of noir-style Sorcerer game. I know that Sin City is one of the inspriational reading/viewing items listed in The Sorcerer's Soul, as are various works by Raymond Chandler and Ross Macdonald.

I tracked down some Chandler and Macdonald and am absorbing their works as quickly as possible. I thought I would focus more on the books specifically quoted and used as examples in The Sorcerer's Soul in the hopes that they represent the best out there. I think I am getting a nice feel for the atmosphere of that style of writing, even if I don't have Sorcerer figured out yet.

So ... has anyone built a Sorcerer scenario or campaign based specifically on the Sin City literature? Any advice you can give me in this regard?

I wrote a setting that was very Sin City inspired.

Above are the making of the setting and the AP threads.

Enjoy, let me know what works and what doens't for ya.
