Reciprocal nature of relationships

This may seem like a dumb question but due to the reciprocal nature of pilot to pilot relationships, I assume any changes to Intimacy, Trust and Stress made by the choices of one pilot to the relationship also apply to the stats for the relationship as recorded by the other pilot.

For example, if there are 2 Pilots on a co-operative mission goal and both choose to take 1 Stress to their relationship. Each would effectively record 2 Stress on that relationship.
