Damn, no comments on how it looks!
the glyphpress's games are Shock: Social Science Fiction and Under the Bed.

I design books like Dogs in the Vineyard and The Mountain Witch.

That's changed.  It is awful purty.

Game just begs to be called purty, don't it?

Reckon so, yessir.

That thread roped me in. I just ordered a copy of Dogs, and am eagerly awaiting it.

For those that don't know me, I'm LDS (Mormon) and a long time gamer and writer. So as soon as I've had a chance to knock Dogs around, I'll be giving impressions on it from an LDS Gamer's PoV.

(Though I should also warn everyone I'm not a typical Mormon. I'm considered a bit odd by most of my bretheren, so don't take what I say to be reprenative of the faith as a whole.)

I just spent some time with the print version last night. It's gorgeous! Great job, Joshua.  Kickin' game, Vincent.

Welcome, Brand!  I'm really looking forward to hearing your thoughts when you get the book.

Judd's also started a thread at EN World, here.  Judd, I hope it's okay that I posted this.  If not, kick my butt!  I'm the moderator in these parts (could I resist saying "in these parts"? No I could not) and I can make it as though it never was...

Doesn't bother me none.  (Damn, now I'm talking like that too.)

Eight days, and sixteen pages of posts about the game in one thread on RPG.Net.

That's publicity man. Congratulations, I think you're on your way to a hit.

What pleases me most is that the threads so far are actual play-heavy. I couldn't be happier.  Judd: thank you!

Thank you.

I wanted to play this game from the moment you put it in my hands and told me what it was about.  Then you demo-ed it, showing how conflicts escalate and the light just went on.

"Mormon gunslingers in....whoa."

My pleasure.
