Bookshelf errors?

Just logged into the Forge bookshelf... well, I tried to, that is.  The system didn't recognize my username, nor did it think my email belonged to any ongoing user.

I recreated the account with the exact same email address I had been using, and the system let me in, but (predictably), no longer remembers all of the documents that I've already paid to have access to.

Help?
