Looking to collaborate with map/tile publisher

I am looking to partner with a tile/map publisher for a new product I am coming out with.

What I am looking for:

Two story, Victorian style house
Modern, though, set around 2000
Needs to have, master bed, 3 or 4 guest rooms, den, library, parlor, dining room, kitchen and a large rectangluar room (around 50'x 100' or larger) for rituals and ceremonies, maybe a basement area

Will be used with a source book about the OTO (Aleister Crowley's magical society). The society in this book is about aiding mankind to achieve enlightenment, so NO toture chambers and such. They are also very magic oriented and NOT science, so no labs or such either.

I will be contacting several publishers directly, but any is free to chime in that they want the job. I am looking to do what Ronin Arts and Skeleton Key Games do regarding the starships. You publish the tiles and I tell people to get your product if they want the map for this setting.

My product will hopefully be released mid-March. I just came up with this idea so sorry if this might be a rush job. I am willing to discuss release though.
