Strange topic I imagine, but I need to know the names of all the people on the Forge over the last 1½ years who play(test)ed SOAP. I'm about ready to release the PDF for download and I want to include all of you out there who took the time to play the game and even give me some criticism on its rules or assumptions.

Please mail me privately or reply here so I can include you all. Thanks a lot for your efforts... :)

I played lots!

And you are one of the people I already had down. :)

Thanks for supporting me and the great review of the game, Ron. It means a lot to me.

I played it once at GenCon with Ron & Paul & Mike Holmes, & some other people (but I'm blanking right now on who they were).

I played SOAP once, at GenCon last year, along with a number of other Forgites.  Can't say as I offered you any input though.

Do you want the names of anyone who has played, 'cause I know a few Forge-challenged folks who have played it as well.

I think anyone who takes the time to play a free game is entitled to a bit of thanks from guys like me. Name them and they shall be PDFed. :)

Dav (that's me) and Mario both played.  Well, I pretty much ran it, if you could call a game that runs on its own power running.

I played it last night with 3 other people. Went well. I can post a log if people care. One question, tho: How many plot tokens do you get for achieving your Goal? I can't find an actual number anywhere in the rules. Perhaps I missed it.

But I probably don't deserve credit for playing it so recently. ;-) However, one comment: A half hour was way too short. We barely got started after a half an hour. We decided we were a night-time soap and went for an hour. Perhaps that should be listed as an option...

Thanks for chiming in, Xiombarg.

First off, of course you deserve credit. You did play it and you're even taking the time to comment on it. :)

If you Private Message me your full name (and those who played it with you if you are so inclined), I'll make sure you get the credit.

Anyway, for your questions:

I looked over the game and I can't find it either. How weird. No one's ever noticed this, not even me. However, it'll be remedied, rest assured. :)

The time issue has been brought up before and it will be either removed or lengthened.

Thanks for your comments in any case.
