PDF/Short book of best of forge articles?

Is there a pdf or purchase-able book somewhere of all of the articles and (maybe) key discussions from the Forge? Reading them on the web site is... annoying? And I want to read them!

If not, then I'll have to do one myself (for myself) and if no-one objects I can put it back here.

You probably need to message Ron directly, or whoever the authors of your articles are.  All the articles are copyrighted.  You can download and print them for your own use, no doubt.  But I would ask before putting up a compiled PDF document.
