1 year from printing need artists

Well its time to start looking for artists for me and my peoples. We have been working on a game for 3 years now we have done play-testing through every step and have gone through 7 rewrites, and are now ready to start getting artists for early concept art. We are seeking artists that are capable of designing something based off of a paragraph long concept description and a flare for the dark and horrifying. we are not willing to pay for artists right now but are willing to pay if the artist is chosen for the final product. No concept art will be used in a finished product without the express approval of the artist first.
