A simple tool for RPG sites

This last week I put a little time in building an ingenious tool for maintaining web sites.  It's has the features that I think a little independent game publisher needs: it's easy to set up, easy to use, doesn't require expensive hosting, and is so bone simple you'd be hard pressed to mess it up.
