I assume it is in the book, but I can't recall it right now.  Mostly because I have not needed to know till just the other night...

When your archer (or anyone using MP) gets wounded, and you apply Shock and Pain...  How exactly do you do it?

My presumtion is you take the SHOCK out of the MP dice allready accumulated...  and if that is not enough, it will carry over to the dice you will accumulate (making it take longer to start accumulating MP dice)

Now that I think about it, I think I recall that if you are hit while accumulating MP,  then you loose all the dice.... (broken concentration on aim)

As for PAIN, it seems that the best way would be to apply the penalty to the maximum MP.  For example.

John can have a MP of 12 dice.  He is hit by a stray arrow, and recieves 6 pain.  Now his MP can only top out at 6 dice.

Correct me if I am mistaken,
Luke

Hmm, you know. I don't think it's ever come up before.

Good point. I'll add something into the archery section of TFOB. Thanks!

Brian.
