I recently had a series of email exchanges with James regarding the future of RPGMall and my perception that it needed to reinvent itself as something more than just an on line store.

This happened to coincide with some similiar thoughts by James and his staff on what really needs to be done with RPGMall and whether they have the time/resources to do it.

There's a thread kicking off at the RPGHost Forums that I think would be of profound interest to indie publishers.

Particularly those who have voiced ideas and given thought to what the industry needs to better serve the indie market.
