Where to get "The Pool"

I've been googling around for James West "The Pool" without success - couldn't find it on his site either.  Anyone know where I can grab it?  Thanks!

Can be quite hard to find, 'the pool' is just too common a phrase.

Oh, that's where it is! I tried looking there at one point, but only saw what looked like a blank page; I didn't notice the very small scroll bar indicating content below.
