Breaking the Ice second print run now available

The second printing of
Breaking the Ice
is now officially available. Get it while it's hot!
My thanks to folks who helped me clean this printing up: Michael S. Miller, Phoebe Mathews, Luke Crane & Ed Heil. No rules or text has substantially changed from the first printing, but it was a good opportunity to get out the last of the typos etc.
